At Lucia Installations we specialize in the removal, reinstallation, and liquidation of office furniture. We have the resources to clean out office buildings as large as ten stories high, but are not limited to projects of this size. If you ask us to clean out a small office, many times we will be out before the end of the day. Lucia Installations works avidly to be sure that our customers’ deadlines are always met. After we have cleaned out your office we will reinstall your furniture at another location, have it recycled, or sold on your behalf.

At Lucia Installations, we concentrate on not adding to landfills with material that still has life left in it. We first consider any unwanted furniture for refurbishing. A great deal can be fixed and sold as used furniture to the budget conscious consumer. Other pieces we come across may no longer be useful in the modern office but may be welcome at a non-profit organization or school. In these cases RLI is happy to facilitate the sale of your old furniture. If resale is not an option we strip all the salvageable parts and bring them to a local recycler. At Lucia Installations the dump is a last resort.
Never throw away your old office furniture without contacting us first. In some cases we will remove large amounts of office furniture at no cost to you, if we feel we can recycle, repurpose or donate it!
